At Hastamuerte we proudly stand behind our brand, our word and our quality.

If you purchase from our website and are not satisfied with your product, please contact us to request a replacement product within 30 days of your purchase.

If the product is no longer available we will provide you with store credit for your original purchase price.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of Hastamuerte products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for Hastamuerte products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser for 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at sales@hastamuerte.com or  1 (888) 820-4028 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product as well as your order number. Furthermore, let us know what happened and how you washed it. If your request is approved, you will need to provide your proof of purchase and will be instructed on how and when you can expect your replacement.

 

Guarantee Guidelines

Hastamuerte reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Hastamuerte Satisfaction Guarantee. We can only replace your garment within 30 days of purchase and you may only get 1 replacement per unique item.

What do you mean by Quality Guaranteed?

We mean that the products we make are crafted using fabrics, techniques, and a level of professionalism we stand behind.

Every product has a natural lifetime, but — laundry accidents aside — if our product doesn’t reasonably hold up, we’ll do our best to make it right for you.

 

What is a product lifetime?

Our products are made to last. But unfortunately, most things can’t last forever.

 We use multiple techniques to create you products. These techniques include: screenprint, Direct to Garment, DTF, embroidery and sublimation.

Each, technique requires unique care. Dry cleaning is best but of course that isn’t always possible so we strongly recommend hand washing your garments. If not possible, we recommend washing your garments inside out, using cold water and hang drying them for best results. This will extend the lifetime of your garments.

Keep in mind that normal wear and tear itself is part of a clothing’s lifecycle.

 

What is not covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee?

Products purchased at a sample sale, off-price retailers, and items bought through second-hand platforms.

Products may vary, but typically, wear and tear is deemed excessive when the item is approaching the end of its practical product lifespan. We do not cover products that fall within the following categories: extreme wear and tear, third-party alterations, dry-cleaning incidents, improper care, unusual wear and tear and other reasons that are up to our discretion.
